Kim Nolan is a Miami-based public relations leader who has shaped the city’s hospitality landscape since 2013. With over 13 years of experience, she is known for her personalized and results-driven approach that blends traditional media relations with digital marketing, strategic partnerships, and storytelling.

In 2017, Kim founded KNPR to give clients what traditional agencies often lack: intimacy, collaboration, and the ability to act as a genuine extension of their team. She develops a deep understanding of each client’s goals and then builds bespoke strategies that elevate awareness, expand reach, and ultimately drive revenue. Her work spans media placement at both national and regional levels, influencer engagement, event integration, brand partnerships, and creative strategy.

Boston-bred and educated, Kim brings a unique perspective to Miami’s dynamic market. Her background in restaurants and nightlife makes her fluent in the challenges and nuances of hospitality, giving her clients the advantage of a partner who knows the industry from the inside out. She is equally at home orchestrating high-level media campaigns as she is curating culinary experiences, a passion that led her to co-found the Soho Foodie Club, hosting monthly dinners with Miami’s most celebrated chefs for members of the Soho House community.

Kim’s philosophy is that PR alone is no longer enough. True impact requires a holistic strategy - integrating public relations, marketing, digital platforms, and partnerships with a strong narrative at the core. She leverages a robust network of media, creators, and brand leaders to position her clients at the forefront of conversations.

Outside of her agency, Kim sits on the advisory board for Style Saves, a Miami nonprofit that provides resources for students and families. She spearheaded its mentorship program at Booker T. Washington High School, connecting students with tools and inspiration to build brighter futures.

Whether leading a major brand launch, fostering long-term community partnerships, or hosting dinner parties at home, Kim approaches every project with the same passion: creating connections that last.
